Mercy is an accomplished educator, facilitator, and researcher, specialising in diversity, equity, inclusion, and racial inequality, intersectionality. She also has a wealth of experience in performance and development for teams and leaders. Mercy is currently pursuing a PhD with a focus on racial disparities in Neurodiversity, fostering essential discussions on the consequences and implications of late diagnoses.

With over a decade of experience, Mercy has proudly represented Great Britain as an elite athlete in Olympic weightlifting. Her contributions to grassroots development, strategic insights, and addressing gender disparity in sports have established her as a highly regarded voice for several organisations. Mercy's impressive career includes numerous medals at various levels, from youth to senior competitions, cementing her reputation as one of Britain’s most decorated weightlifters. Her background as an elite athlete has significantly influenced her approach to performance and development training and facilitation.
